Phylanice Nashe, J.D. , a serial entrepreneur, has 20 years of entrepreneurship & business leadership experience in the legal, manufacturing, IT and E-learning industries. Phylanice along with her husband & business partner, Dr. Turner Nashe Jr., successfully exited two companies from their portfolio of businesses.

Since a self-imposed retirement in 2020, Phylanice spends her time hosting “The Phylanice Experience” podcast (An interview series with African-American Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders who share the ups & downs of starting, growing or selling a business & how they balance that with their home and family life). She also mentors and speaks to African American small business owners, as well as middle & high school students about the lessons and experiences of entrepreneurship.
